Washing: Wash your beard regularly, ideally 2-3 times a week based on the thickness of your beard. Over washing can dry out the beard, so find a balance that works for your skin and beard type.
Moisturizing: Use beard conditioner to keep the beard soft and manageable.
Implement beard oil that helps the essence and nourishing of the skin underneath.
Ways to support beard growth: A balanced diet rich in vitamins and nutrient, particularly biotin can support healthy beard growth.
Regular exercise can improve testosterone production, which is linked to hair growth.
Stress management: High stress levels can negatively impact beard growth.
Sleep: Adequate sleep allows the body including the hair to repair and grow.
These are a few tips that in my opinion that will help you with a healthy and manageable beard.
